Palestine?

I honestly don't know what to say. It's screwed up and ill-advised on so many levels, and I have no idea what to say.

I'm talking about this article.

At best, it'll be like the Great Wall of China or Hadrian's Wall and be simply ineffective. At worst, it'll be like Berlin or, worse still, Palestine.

Walls don't work in the long run At first, they are great cause they get fast results. However, no wall has ever stood the test of time of being an actual deterrent.

I wouldn't be surprised if pretty soon other countries decided that they were going to build some walls around American to wall us *in*. Perhaps this should be the approach of the various groups that the walls are intended to keep out: perhaps they should reject the imperialistic cruel power-mongering that allows people to believe that they have the right to build a wall that will trap a human being in one place or another.
